Renaming flags

Hi all,

This is a small vote, so no internationalization. I just want to know if you are all for a massive rename of all flag files. This would be the following:

• WLB-XX.png → Big-xx.png
• Icon-languagename → Small-xx

E.g.

• File:WLB-ZH.png → File:Big-zh.png
• File:Icon-Chinese.png → File:Small-zh.png

This would have the advantage that we don't need two parameters in certain templates (XX and xx) and that the small flags can also be found with the same code as the big ones. Let's know what you think.
