Extra information: At ~16:20 a marine will talk about a stolen jewel and say it belonged to "Queen Illusia". Since "Illusia" is also the name of a kingdom in One Piece, is it the name of the queen or did he actually said "queen of Illusia", hence he meant the country? Basically, I want to know if there is a character with coincidentally the same name or it's just the kingdom.

イルシア王女の指輪 is surely the ring of "Princess Illusia", and we thought Illusia was the name of the princess, but it might imply the meaning "princess of Illusia"... but I'm not sure --Plover-Y (talk) 2017-11-07 14:19 (UTC)
Therefore it can mean both ways? Also, could you give me the romaji of "イルシア王女の指輪"? Thank youleviathan_89

It’s Irusia ōjo no yubiwa. We are not sure which Oda means yet. —Plover-Y (talk)
Thank you, well it's a filler part anyway. leviathan_89
